Common Returns Questions

What items are returnable?

Enjoy extended holiday returns until January 15th for orders placed between November 15th and December 25th. Items purchased before/after this period will qualify for our standard 21-day return window. We only accept returns that are unused in new condition with original tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Can I make an exchange?

Due to the high turnover and limited availability of many of our styles and colorways, we do not offer exchanges. We recommend placing a new order for your desired items and initiating your return for a refund.

Is it easy to return items?

Yes! Once your return is authorized, you will receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. A return label fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund.

To return an order shipped outside of the United States, or one that was received as a gift, please email help@truffleco.com to initiate your return.

How soon will I get my refund?

It may take up to 10 business days for your return to be processed and for the refund to be issued. A confirmation email will be sent when we have refunded your original form of payment.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us at help@truffleco.com and we will assist in resolving your issue immediately!
